The extra ias will get you about 2-4 extra hits but a lot less dmg. Warpike will shred at 18k dmg easy. So the thing with range on a WW barb is that it only matters if you use it.

So, as we know, Botd is an awesome runeword, and in a BA is the obvious choice for any zealer due to its 60% IAS (not needing any more equip to get 4 frame attack). Death however is close to matching it in terms of absolute damage and also has its very handy critical strike and crushing blow.

To reach the fastest Zeal speed with a BA with a level 30 Fanaticism, you need 56% ias (with a level 20 Fana, you need 60% ias, so you still reach the last breakpoint). Botd gives you 60%, so you already have the fastest Zeal speed.
