Use either VersaBond or FlexBond (both made by CBP) from Home Despot and you will be fine. If your ProFlex thinset bag says it meets ANSI standard A118.4 or A118.11 (read the fine print) it sould be fine over the RedGard, too.

WebApr 1, 2024 · Redgard was very easy to apply. I actually used a brush, first to do all the corners and seams, then to coat the rest. I put 2 coats on all the seams. Clean up was easy with water. I used it previously on my other shower floor. This time I used it on my entire master shower, walls and floor, seat, and niche.
